Refer & Earn Frequently Asked Questions

The “Refer and Earn” program allows users to earn referral income by inviting friends, family, or businesses to join RewardsLink.

Any RewardsLink user with an active account can participate.

Log into your RewardsLink account, click on the “Refer and Earn” button, and start inviting users or merchants.

Share your referral link or QR code found in the “Refer and Earn” section of the app. Your friends must register and download the app through your link for their transactions to be linked to your account.

Click the banner in the app to access the merchant referral form. Fill in the merchant’s details, and ensure the merchant acknowledges your referral during onboarding.

If the merchant does not acknowledge your referral, you will not earn referral income from their transactions.

For user referrals: You start earning when your referred user makes purchases with participating merchants.

For merchant referrals: You earn when the referred merchant generates sales on the platform.

Referral Bonus: Earned whenever transactions occur involving referred users or merchants.

Global Pool Bonus: An additional incentive earned when you refer a large number of users and merchants.

Referral income is credited as RB units, with each unit equivalent to RM 0.50.

To receive your referral income, you must complete the daily “Check-In” within the app.

Once you complete the check-in, the referral RB bonus will be credited to your wallet the next day.

If you miss a check-in, the referral income for that day will be forfeited.

If you do not input your RedPay account details in the RewardsLink app, your referral income will be forfeited. Make sure to update your RedPay information to ensure payouts are processed.

Referral income is displayed in the RB wallet section of your RewardsLink account.

Above 200RB: The surplus is transferred to your RedPay Wallet.

Below 200RB: The balance is converted into RewardsLink Cash Vouchers, redeemable for 100% bill offsets.

Use them to offset your bills within the RewardsLink ecosystem.

For users: Share your unique referral link or QR code and ensure they register through it.

For merchants: Ensure the merchant acknowledges your referral during onboarding.

Yes, you can refer as many users and merchants as you like to maximize your earnings.

No, there is no earning limit. The more users and merchants you refer, the more income you can generate.
